Mrs Marian Ofori Twumasi CEO

Marian Ofori Twumasi is the CEO of Mariseth Farms, with over 15 years of experience in agribusiness, insurance, and investment. She holds a BSc in Administration (Accounting) from Wisconsin International University Ghana and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Ghana. Marian has worked as a Premium Administrator, Tax and Audit Trainee, and Payroll Officer, and is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana. She has received numerous awards, including National Best Youth Farmer, African Agribusiness Woman of the Year, Dr. Esther Ocloo Award (2023), Outstanding Woman in Agribusiness, Municipal Best Oil Palm Farmer, Municipal 1st Runner up Best Farmer, Change Champion Award and Young Agri Entrepreneur. Marian is a lead advocate for Ghana’s agricultural transformation agenda, driving innovative impact in the food and agricultural sector.

Mr. Richard Ekow Techie CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Richard E. Techie brings a decade of experience from diverse industries, including construction, oil and gas, facility management, and banking. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), as well as a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). Richard also holds an MSc in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a BSc in Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra(UPSA).

Mr. Dey Reuben Chief Risk Officer

Reuben Dey, the Chief Risk Officer(CRO) is in charge of Risk and Investment at Mariseth Farms. He brings 15 years of experience in risk management, insurance claims, investment, portfolio management, and customer service. He is a Chartered Insurer , and a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance Ghana(CIIG),holds a Certificate in Insurance from Chattered Institute of Insurance UK (CII-UK).He holds a degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana. Reuben’s background includes leadership roles at Star Microinsurance Services, SS Brothers, and Avene Feeds, with expertise in management information systems, operations management, financial modeling, forex risk, business risk, climate finance, and marketing.

Madam Josephine Ankomah General Manager

Josephine Ankomah is the General Manager of Mariseth Farms. She has seven years experience in Rural Development with The Hunger Project- Ghana and ten (10) years with National Disaster Management Organization. Josephine is also an entrepreneur. She holds BA Geography and Rural Development and Mph Population and Reproductive Health from KNUST. She is a dedicated, organized and methodical individual with good interpersonal skills, an excellent team worker and very willing to learn and develop new skills.

Josephine has attended a number of certificate trainings including but not limited to Women in Agribusiness Week, African Women in Agribusiness program, Leads Cultivation workshop, Malaysia Palm Oil Trade and Networking Program etc. She also holds certificate courses in the following program: Quality Management and Financial Management by AGI and Root Capital respectively.

GLORIA APPIAH KUBI Operations Manager

Gloria Appiah Kubi, Operations Manager at Mariseth Farms, brings 10 years of experience in agribusiness, procurement, logistics, and retail banking. She holds degrees in Procurement and Accounting, and is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Ghana). Gloria’s background includes roles at Ahmadiyya Muslim Hospital, Republic Bank PLC, Aluworks Limited, and Oma Ghana, with expertise in taxation, auditing, financial management, and IT.

Emmanuel Duku Plantation Manager

Emmanuel Duku, brings 12 years of experience in commercial farm management, artificial intelligence, innovation, and technology. He holds an HND in Electrical Engineering from Kumasi Technical University and has worked with Birim Oil Palm Plantation and ECG Electrical Engineering Department. Emmanuel has enhanced his expertise through seminars and training programs organized by the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and Ghana Chamber of Agribusiness.

Serwaa Ahenkan Afena Head, Environment and Climate

Serwaa Ahenkan Afena, with over 10 years of experience, holds a degree in Environmental Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Previously at Zoomlion, she has expanded her expertise in climate change through various conferences, seminars, and training programs.

Nancy Asiamah Training and Research Manager

Nancy Asiamah holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the Marshal University.

Prior to joining the Team, she has worked in Star Microinsurance in the Training department and KK Peprah Company Ltd in the Marketing Department

She has over four (4) years working experience.

She has also attended several Seminars and training organized by AGI that has increased her knowledge and expertise.

Betina Owusu Procurement Manager

Betina Owusu has more than 3 years of experience, holding a Business Administration degree from the University of Cape Coast. Previously a procurement officer at MUFU Commodities, she has enhanced her expertise through seminars and training programs organized by the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI).

Patience Asiamah Commodity Business Manager

Patience Asiamah, Commodity Business Manager, has 5 years of experience, holding a degree in Fashion Design from Accra Technical University. Previously Commodity Manager at Royal Demas, she has expanded her expertise through AGI-organized seminars and training programs.
