Mrs Marian Ofori Twumasi CEO

Marian Ofori Twumasi is the CEO of Mariseth Farms, with over 15 years of experience in agribusiness, insurance, and investment. She holds a BSc in Administration (Accounting) from Wisconsin International University Ghana and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Ghana. Marian has worked as a Premium Administrator, Tax and Audit Trainee, and Payroll Officer, and is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana. She has received numerous awards, including National Best Youth Farmer, African Agribusiness Woman of the Year, Dr. Esther Ocloo Award (2023), Outstanding Woman in Agribusiness, Municipal Best Oil Palm Farmer, Municipal 1st Runner up Best Farmer, Change Champion Award and Young Agri Entrepreneur. Marian is a lead advocate for Ghana’s agricultural transformation agenda, driving innovative impact in the food and agricultural sector.

Mr. Richard Ekow Techie CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Richard E. Techie brings a decade of experience from diverse industries, including construction, oil and gas, facility management, and banking. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), as well as a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). Richard also holds an MSc in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a BSc in Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra(UPSA).

Mr. Alfred Kudzoe Alorse

Mr. Alfred Kudzoe Alorse is a seasoned agribusiness professional with over 35 years of expertise in Agribusiness and Agri-commodity trading. As the Chief Executive Officer of Jonthon Global Farms, he has successfully led the organization to prominence in the industry.

Mr. Alorse’s impressive leadership portfolio extends beyond Jonthon Global Farms, as he serves on the boards of several esteemed organizations, including Luchem Ltd and Advanced International Merchant.

He holds a strong educational background, graduating from the Federal University of Agriculture in Makurdi, Nigeria, and later earning an MBA from the University of Ghana.

Gena Perry Non Executive Dir.

Gena Perry is a seasoned expert in international development, leadership training, and agriculture, with over 10 years of experience. As Executive Director of World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH), she manages an $11 million budget and implements programs in 28 developing countries. Previously, she held roles at WISHH, AMPLIFIES Ghana, AgriCorps, and 4-H Ghana, focusing on project management, strategic partnerships, and leadership training. Gena holds Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in Agribusiness from the University of Georgia and has expertise in nutrition, health, food security, and agricultural economics.

Chief Nathaniel Ebo Nsarko Non Executive Dir.

With fifteen years of experience in community health and development communication, this expert holds multiple degrees: Master’s in Community Health and Development Communication, MBA in Public Health Management, Master’s in Communication Studies, B.F.A, and Dip. TEC. He serves as Peace Ambassador for Ghana, SDG 3 Ambassador for Lavazza Foundation, and Chief Advisor for UN Youth Ghana, demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment to health and development initiatives.

John Scicchitano Non Executive Dir.

John has a strong background in promoting African private sector growth and building public-private-philanthropic partnerships. He holds an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University. His experience is equally impressive, with roles as an Advisor at Ashesi University’s Ghana Climate Innovation Center, Director of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and positions at the United States Department of Agriculture’s Office of Food for Peace.
